Michael G. Atkinson

M G Atkinson lives in the Cathedral city of Lincoln, on the East-coast of England, with his daughter April and their two goldfish.

His writing-life began back in the days of his childhood, but his author life only began in 2014.

When asked; "What do you write?"

Atkinson replies; "Things unique and inspired."

He is inspired by the great writers, whose names simply do not need to be listed; they are the greats.

The English language has developed and evolved, but the meaning of prose, the deeper understanding of the written word, is all founded upon those great writers who paved the way.

Atkinson brings all of the old-word beauty and reveals it in his modern-world prose.

His belief in words and how to use them, makes him think of them as playthings, hence his favourite saying:

"Words are Toys; play with them and build novels"
