D. Mae Ward was born in Savannah, Georgia to USA parents, grew up in Savannah, Georgia. work for twenty-two years as a Custodian/Housekeeper . Her first book is the Adventures of the lolly- pops. She have not won an award yet, but she hopes to get her books recognized. She loves writing short stories , poetry, lyrics for music and traveling in her spare time. I also love to fish and day dream it's exciting to me and I want to find ways to make the world a better place.
