David Saunder lives in Portsmouth a great historical maritime city. His lifelong interest in history started has a very young boy, it began when his mother dragged him along under protest to watch shakespeare's Richard III and then Henry V but instead of being bored he became fascinated with the history of that time and so, thanks to his mum, his love of history was born.
His real interest now is the 'War of the Roses' this has resulted in him writing
'The Dreams of Kings' because he wanted to fill those gaps in history, in a fictional way, that historians could not.
Volume two, the concluding part of 'The Dreams of Kings' which ends with Richard III death on Bosworth field will be available shortly
