Hi everyone I am the author of the new youth-oriented adventure series of novels HOPE: HEROES OF THE PLANET. I am also the author of the bestselling biographies for kids including The Greta Thunberg Story Being Different is a Superpower and the critically acclaimed Soccer Star series for young readers which is published in 17 languages in 36 countries. My award winning book, The Flea – The Amazing Story of Leo Messi is an international bestseller for ten years running. I have written motion pictures and television movies and TV shows including the Disney classic theatrical feature, "A Kid in King Arthur's Court", and a number of anime features including the groundbreaking, "Starbirds!" I also wrote two pop star children's biographies under a pseudonym and was the editor of the English language edition of "The Wild Soccer Bunch" series of German youth novels.

I'm currently working on a Young Adult novel, THE RIFLEMAN, based on the classic Western TV series from the 1950s.

I was born in Sheboygan Wisconsin, live in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California with my wife Lisa and our 5 children, 8 cats and a Yellow-Nape Amazon parrot named Burrita, who named himself, and have been a published journalist and author since I was 19.
