Diana Hendry

Diana Hendry is a poet and children’s author. She’s published six collections of poetry - the most recent being The Seed-Box Lantern: New & Selected Poems (Mariscat Press) Of her children’s books, her junior novel, Harvey Angell, (Red Fox)won a Whitbread Awardand and The Seeing, (Corgi) a young adult novel, was shortlisted for a Costa Award. Her latest children’s book is Out of the Clouds (Hodder) with a sequel, Whoever You Are due in 2018. A collection of adult short stories, My Father As an Ant & Other Stories has been published this year (2017) by Postbox Press, the literary imprint of Red Squirrel Press.
