Eric Dean Seaton

Eric Dean Seaton was born in Cleveland, Ohio and while most children were running the streets, he was studying television and movies with the dreams of one day becoming a director. After graduating from The Ohio State University, Eric Dean Seaton moved to Hollywood to make that dream a reality. As a Daytime Emmy and two-time NAACP Image Award-nominated episodic director, Eric Dean Seaton has directed episodes of hit shows such as OWN’s “Greenleaf,” ABC’s “Modern Family,” Feeform’s “Grown-ish,” YouTubePremium “Champaign, ILL,” CBS’s “Life in Pieces,” and Fox’s “The Mick,” to name a few, as well as multiple music videos and television pilots for Netlfix “Family Reunion” and “The Prince of Peoria” and Disney Channel’s “Raven’s Home.” Seaton is also the creator, writer and publisher of the critically-acclaimed Legend of the Mantamaji graphic novel series, the “Legend of the Mantamaji: Bloodlines” series and director of the multiple award-winning “Legend of the Mantamaji: Live Action Short.”
