Mike Neil

Mike Neil is a retired Fish and Wildlife Officer and is the Executive Director and Founder of the Washington State Chaplain Foundation and serves as the Statewide Senior Chaplain for the Washington State Patrol and the Department of Fish and Wildlife. He and his wife Sue, who have been married since 1973, live in Gig Harbor, Washington and are both graduates of the University of Washington.
