Shawn Syphus began her culinary profession out of necessity. As a mother to 4 adorable children she had to get in the kitchen and figure it out. She's a self taught chef with a passion for creating simple recipes with easy clean up. Shawn believes in sharing the love, so she created the popular food blog, I Wash… You Dry, in hopes to inspire and teach those who are wanting to get into the kitchen. Her book is an amazing extension of her blog, filled with 80 never before seen recipes that are simply mouthwatering.
