Ryan Andrachik

Ryan Andrachik is a husband and father. He helps raise four black belts, and is married to a fifth. He has 35 years of experience in various styles.

Andrachik is a 7th degree black belt in Taekwondo, recognized by the World Song Moo Kwan, Kukkiwon and USA Taekwondo. He began studying martial arts at the age of 6. He was personally taught Taekwondo by Grandmaster Il Joo Kim, a 9th Dan Black Belt. Andrachik earned his Muay Thai black belt from Grandmaster Bob Chaney. In 2014, he was inducted into the International Karate and Kickboxing Hall of Fame.

His Asian Sun Training Centers form Ohio's largest martial arts school. Andrachik is the head instructor of the Asian Sun Competition Team, which travels nationally and is represented at elite international tournaments.

As Asian Sun's Kwan Jang Nym (head instructor), he is active in the Midwest martial arts community. His roles include USA Taekwondo Martial Arts Commissioner, Sports Chairman of Lake Erie Taekwondo, past USTU Ohio Taekwondo Association Secretary General, and past Regional Director of AAU Taekwondo Region 6.
