Bernette Forde

Bernette Forde is a Bermudian author, born in Paget, Bermuda, a picturesque Island located in the Atlantic Ocean. She is the youngest of eleven children born to Ivy Albertha and Gerald Tucker, sharing her position as the lastborn with her twin, Lunette Pacheco. Bernette has bravely battled cancer three times throughout her life, a subject she addresses openly in her autobiography titled *Reasons*. A passionate Science Fiction enthusiast, Bernette has written several works in the genre, including the novels *Black Watch Pass*, *Floaters*, and *Chuman*. Her most cherished creations are part of the Nephilim Series, which comprises a trilogy with the titles *Seventh Angel*, *Karen's Legacy*, and *Aza's Revenge*. Among her works, *Black Watch Pass* holds special significance as it reflects her experiences on her native Island. Currently, Bernette resides in Coventry, England, with her family. She is a devoted mother to two children and a grandmother to four grandchildren.
