Adam Shapiro

Adam Shapiro is Head of Campaigns at Front Line Defenders, an Irish international human rights organization. He is a human rights activist, and has worked extensively on Palestinian rights. Adam is also a documentary filmmaker, having co-directed and co-produced 'About Baghdad', 'Darfur Diaries' and 'Chronicles of a Refugee'. He launched the web video series 'Multiple Exposure' on YouTube for Front Line Defenders, and has produced the nonfiction graphic novel 'La Lucha' as the first in a series of graphic novels about human rights defenders at risk.
