Chuck Bowie

Hello: I am a Canadian author of suspense-thrillers and cozys. I know a bit about music, wine, travel, and food, and I do tend to include a bit of this into my writing. My reviews (and editors) suggest I'm a smart writer who does enjoy witty, real dialogue.

My thriller series Donovan: Thief4Hire will have Book 5 drop in December, 2020, and my Cozy series: Old Manse Mysteries will have Book 2 drop in December, 2020.

I write my Cozy series under the name Alexa Bowie.

I believe in research, and almost killed myself whilst trekking the Yorkshire Moors in preparation for my fifth novel: Her Irish Boyfriend. Musically, I agree with Eric Clapton: my favourite chord is Dminor.
