Marian Head

Marian’s books guide her readers to enjoy a good life, by revealing the tools she uses to create great success as a global businesswoman, educator, wife and mother. At the core of those tools are Revolutionary Agreements.

Since meeting her husband, Glenn, as speakers at an international conference in 1981, they have worked together to serve individuals, organizations, and movements to envision and create their ideal future.

Whether guiding a Fortune 100 team to clarify its values, co-chairing a graduate department on Leadership and Organizational Transformation, or co-facilitating the Global Forum of Parliamentary and Spiritual Leaders on Human Survival in Oxford and Moscow, Marian’s mission remains central: “To Be Love in Action.”

The Heads passion for authentic leadership have led them to facilitate transformational experiences for audiences of thousands, consult with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 50, serve on and chair national and international committees and boards for both profit and nonprofit organizations, and continually explore new ways to fulfill their dedication to serve humanity.
