Peter Lynas is an award winning author, husband and proud father of two who lives in Hesketh Bank in Lancashire.
Peter believes that good Children’s books take on a new lease of life when read aloud. He believes that they should be a pleasure to read and fire the imagination of the child. He also believes that the way that a Children’s story is written is as important, if not more so, than the story itself and places great emphasis on not just rhyme, but also rhythm, musicality and the use of words and sounds.
His first published book Madeleine Goes to the Moon is the first in a series about a young girl who sees the world in a different way as she travels to faraway places in her head and was awarded the 2015 Inkspokes Select Book Award.
Can You Draw The Dragosaur? is the story of the scariest monster that ever roamed the Earth, and why you've never heard of him before. It is an interactive story book designed to encourage Children be creative.
