Ethan James Clarke

Ethan James Clarke was born and grew up in sunny South Africa, where he also now lives with his family. He spent four years obtaining a degree in Information Technology, then promptly decided to write books for a living instead. Go figure.

He’s a bit of a nerd (okay, maybe a bit more than a bit) and loves gaming, reading, everything related to tech and computers and police procedurals (yay for The Mentalist, Castle). If his stories don't feature spaceships and artificial lifeforms, they'll usually have prophecies and magic of a gritty, realistic sort. Who knows? Some day perhaps one such story will dabble in both those spheres.

When he’s not writing his own books, he runs a proofreading and editing business to help other authors publish their books.
