Chef Saad Ghazi

It could happen to you too. You might unknowingly, be talking to an Avatar. You might also feel a compulsion to talk to him/her. It happened to Chef Saad. As a result, he had to change his long successful career to become a writer!

Chef Saad didn’t start out to be a writer. On the contrary, he has been a successful ‘Chef to the stars’, in Beverly Hills, California for the last 40 years. It was the question of give up cooking for the likes of Mr Brando and start writing. He chose to cook. His cookbook, Indian Food Recipes By The Curryguru, is available on Amazon.

During his journey as a restaurateur in Portsmouth, England in 1968, he had an encounter with an avatar. Later he named her Maaculla as opposed to Dracula. (The full story is in his other book, Maaculla.) She imposed upon him a certain responsibility for delivering her message to humanity, when the time is right. As she herself would not be there then. Try as he may to evade this responsibility, even moving to California hoping it would be “out of sight, out of mind” by the distance. Maaculla’s influence still continued to dominate him. Finally, he gave in and closed his restaurants to write it down. Hence the book- ‘Maaculla’, available on Amazon. He delivers her messages through each dramatic story in the novels.
