When she became a mother, she read aloud to her children and passed along her appreciation for creativity, knowledge, and education. In the professional world, she has written several books and recorded hundreds of hours of training and classes. As a certified nerd, she has a degree in business with an emphasis on communications and English. Her "day job" is marketing and communications, where she helps corporations, solo-entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners share their passions with the world in ways that are authentic, strategic, organic, and effective.

Noel is the mother of 5 children and enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren, as well as time with family and friends, vacationing at the beach and reading.
