Angela Covas Riera

Angela Covas Riera was born in Mallorca, Spain in 1973.

She is a Master Certified Coach certified (MCC) by ICF, and graduated with degrees in Psychology and IT Engineering.

After 16 years as an IT consultant, she discovered coaching and now dedicates herself to the things she likes best: writing, creating new projects and being a coach.

Currently, her coaching project at www.vadevida.es helps others to live well-lived lives, lives to feel proud of, lives that are worth living.

She now lives with her family in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca with its wonderful white sandy beaches. During the week, she always spares a few days to write and relax with a cup of tea and her flip-flops.

Over the years she has learned that living the life you want is much easier than you might think. The secret lies in the ability to connect with one's own essence, and to listen to it. Once there, the fear disappears and with some work, a little creativity, and the willingness to adapt, the rest will follow.
