Mike was born an Angelino but he knows more Japanese than Spanish. He married a Hoosier beauty who is his perfect complement and best friend.

As a God cooperator Mike functions as a church multiplication catalyst with ever expanding territory. Many of his trips result from “divine appointments.”

Biola SICS provided a good way to build practically on the foundation of 20 years of church planting experience. Mike misses the honey barbequed chicken in Chiang Mai, Thailand with Professor T. Steffen. It is Mike’s hope to be used by God as a catalyst for the launching of church and disciple multiplication movements anywhere in the world God leads.

Exponential Culture flowed out of Mike’s doctoral research and 20 years experience in such places as being chewed on by the “doctor fish” in Naha, or chewing on ‘fried banana” in Kota Kinabalu.

As God networks Mike to get the Exponential Culture message out, he’s looking forward to sharing it in Lebanon—with copious adaptation, Nigeria and Cameroon, and possibly other venues as the Lord leads.
