Sheila Carr

Thank you for taking the time to read my bio.

I was born in Stepney in 1955 and now live in Essex with my husband, and our dog.

I was privileged to work as a Hospice staff nurse in Essex before retiring.

I hold qualifications in Reiki, crystal healing and Bach flower therapy, and have been reading the Tarot cards and palms for over 38 years.

During a quiet meditation my mind was opened to create my visualisation, relaxation and palmistry books, and later Psychic & Spiritual development for beginners.

So that is how I am here!
