Since 2019, David is Partner and Americas Coaching Practice Head at Heidrick & Struggles, and Senior Executive Coach. Writes the Recovering Leader blog, and author/contributor of numerous articles on leadership over the last two decades. Before his 2004 Georgetown Coach training, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the largest division at Charles Schwab, the brokerage firm, and began his business career in earnest--after stints in the mailroom, the teller window, the customer services center, and project management, at PriceWaterhouse consulting before it was purchased by IBM.
