I am an embedded software developer, helping to invent the next wave of internet connected devices.

I have been writing computer software since I was 11, first inspired by the school science technician who showed me a kit computer that I could learn to program myself, and I still thoroughly enjoy writing software.

I work as a volunteer for The Institution of Engineering and Technology, where I help teachers and students learn about the exciting world of computer programming, and the creativity and inventiveness that it allows us all to take part in.
