Arno Schikowsky

Arno Schikowsky is a bestselling author, entrepreneur, and songwriter born in Rosenheim, Germany, in 1965. His debut novel, *In the Shadow of Eternity: The Town Without Tomorrow*, arrives on October 2, 2026—a fantasy adventure about lost memories and a love that reaches beyond a single lifetime.

A former competitive athlete, Schikowsky spent more than 25 years running businesses in the fitness and wellness industry, including a fitness club in Bad Aibling, Bavaria. His work as an author, speaker, and coach explores the decisions that change our lives and the courage it takes to begin again.

He coauthored *Die 21-Tage Stoffwechselkur – Das Original*, which has been published in several languages. His other nonfiction titles include *Die Online-Shop-Revolution* and *No Risk, More Money*, drawing on his experience in business and entrepreneurship.

His first novel follows Grace and Lucian through different eras as they uncover memories of a life they once shared. Schikowsky writes and releases music under the artist name ONRA S. His piano ballad “I Owe You a Tomorrow,” inspired by the novel, gives voice to the promise at the heart of Grace and Lucian’s story.
