Noal McDonald, MAOM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Noal McDonald is a seasoned professional in human resources, who has worked with a broad
range of companies and industries. Working internally with organizations and through her own
consulting firm, she has helped companies make significant cultural changes by designing and
implementing HR departments, creating staff and leadership training programs, developing
comprehensive talent management processes to attract and retain top candidates, and instituting
policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance. Passionate about creating working
environments that encourage everyone to thrive, she has developed mentoring programs,
corporate university platforms, and evaluation processes that are collaborative and support
personal growth.
As a co-author of Revolutionary Conversations – The Tools You Need for the Success You
Want and Director of Education and Training for Revolutionary Conversations, LLC, she
develops and delivers courses and workshops for individuals, corporations and strategic alliances
that want to enhance engagement, create collaborative cultures and improve employee
performance. Always focused on building on the strengths of individuals and teams, she helps
organizations develop cultures that include the knowledge and abilities of people at all levels of
the organization.
She holds a master’s degree in organizational management; is a member of the Society for
Human Resource Management and is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR and SHRM-SCP); is a member of Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA) and the
American Society for Talent Development (ATD).
