ellen pendleton (1952 - )
Driving home from a whitewater rafting adventure on the Rogue River in Oregon, a side trip up Mount Shasta changed ellen's life. She read a quote by Carlos Castaneda on a sign up at Bunny Flats, "All paths lead nowhere so it is important to choose one with heart." At that moment, ellen looked into her heart and saw books, . . . lots of books. She immediately began turning her journals into "real" books to share. Her first book, "Read & Run", begins with the Rogue River adventure.
