Buddy Mapel

Buddy, aka Rosebud Birdshaw Mapel, has written about everything from new technologies to national parks and wildlife for an array of clients. What Do You Do? is her third foray into fiction. First, there was The Quail Runner, a mystery set among the mountains, mesas, and river valleys of Northern New Mexico. And then The Answer, a novella in the form of a letter written by a father to his son in an attempt to answer a question he once dodged.

Born in the Rio Grande Valley, Buddy has since lived in a number of states on both the Pacific and Atlantic coasts of the United States.
