Wulf E. Bley

Wulf E. Bley, born in 1946, studied law and worked for many years as an attorney and notary in Germany. His professional focus included civil law, land registry law, and contract law. He partici¬pated in various real estate projects in Germany and abroad and advised small and medium-sized enterprises. In 1993, he founded a Swiss corporation dedicated to the promotion of small and me¬dium-sized businesses (SMEs), with subsidiaries in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and Turkey. He also initiated several SME support associations as well as the umbrella organization EMFU – European SME Promotion Union in Luxembourg. As publisher of the magazine KMU-Report, he advocated for the economic in¬terests of small and medium-sized enterprises. After selling his cor¬porate holdings in 1999, he worked as a freelance journalist for the busi¬ness and financial section of the German-language newspaper El Aviso in Mallorca. Today, he lives and writes as an independent author. His numerous books — ranging from political essays to literary works — explore questions of power, morality, conscious¬ness, and the future of humanity in the age of artificial intelligence.
