K. Weikel has been writing since she could hold a pencil. She published her first book, "The Vampire’s Carnival", in 2014. "The One-Hundred" (A Wattpad Exclusive), won a Wattys Award in 2015, and "When Dead Men Bleed" was highlighted on Tales. "Building Monsters" earned a Writer’s Award in 2017 and was featured on Ficfun in 2018.

She resides in Texas with her husband and two cats, buying way too many books and working on too many projects at once—ones that relate to her books but don’t include writing them. It still counts, though, right?

Over seventy books later, K. Weikel still strives to tell stories that make you laugh, cry, think, and find hope in the darkest of times.
