Lisa Hall

Business Success Coach, Lisa Hall, started Tight Ship Business coaching in the winter of 2011. Before beginning her own coaching practice Lisa Hall was a consultant with the well-known Tony Robbins and Chet Holms organizations. Lisa developed and ran the operations department for a part of these organizations that produced marketing materials for their coaching clients. Lisa put her business success skills to good use developing systems that could effectively track business, client projects and even the inside sales team’s work and the creative team’s performance. Through this process and experience Lisa learned how important having organized systems are to a business by helping to take this marketing division’s earning up a factor of three in just two short years.

Lisa has a degree in Human Resources and worked in the field for about a year before deciding to go back to school and earn her teaching credentials. Lisa began her career in the field of education and after fifteen years left education to pursue her own entrepreneurial dreams while beginning a business in real estate. Lisa was recognized as a top-producer after just one year with her company. When the real estate market in California declined Lisa left the business to try her hand at a couple of other businesses that eventually led her to business coaching.

Lisa Hall’s background in human resources, teaching, and over 12 years of entrepreneurship, makes her a natural leader, trainer, coach and professional speaker. Lisa is a regular contributor to LinkedIn Articles, eZine online magazine and Women’s Owned Business Club Magazine. Lisa is the creator of the “Business Builders Toolkit Tele-Summit and speaks at business conferences around the country. Lisa’s latest endeavors include working with The University of Tennessee to bring corporate training to businesses in Tennessee. Lisa is also developing the entrepreneurial certification program for the university.

Lisa brings experiences from her corporate positions as well as her successes and failures in her own businesses to help her clients succeed in less time and with greater profitability. Lisa helps her clients decrease the amount of time spent on their business by helping them be more productive though the use of well designed time management skills and systems. Lisa helps her clients gain more control over their business and personal lives and become more profitable in the process.
