Fern Goodman

Fern Goodman is an award-winning author and poet. A Michigan girl in a Florida world, her background in travel and event planning has been replaced with life coaching and authoring.

She has collaborated with her sister on the book of shorts about dogs, mirroring her sisters’ original photography (Captured…the look of the dog). Other short stories of hers appear in various anthologies. Fern’s specialty is reality humor, which she demonstrates on YouTube.

Although her offering, Shooting UP Hope is not a humorous subject, Fern interjects smiles, even a laugh or two, through tears.

Knee(d) to Know is a labor of humorous pain. Ms. Goodman pours out her total knee replacement journey through anguish and laughter. "It only hurts when I'm not JK (just kidding). Can you believe I had surgery in the year 2020?"

She has traveled the globe, is a smoothie savant and a self-taught authority on unclogging a commode, although not sturdy on her legs anymore. Her ambition is to motivate people through relatable narratives and leaf ‘em laughing!
