I'm Bruce Peppin and want to thank you for your interest in "The Best Is Yet to Be."
I wrote the book to inspire people who are in their midlife and beyond season which some call the 4th quarter. It is also a time of high risk for derailing from our marriage and other things that are most important to us due to past regrets and disappointments.
Our later years offer the opportunity to be an increasing influence in the lives of others by leaving a multi-generational legacy. We need to re-envision our future with God's help and take important steps of action to push beyond our comfort zone to serve purposes greater than ourselves.
I was nearly a midlife casualty when I hit a personal wall back in 2000. Thankfully, I came through that deep valley with the help of God and friends who stuck with me.
An overriding question for me since that time has been "How can I finish well in life?" or more importantly, "How can I finish well for the Lord?" I didn't want to derail or blow it in the future!
You may feel your best years are behind you and somehow you've missed it. I believe my book will convince you otherwise! I hope you pick up a copy and let its message encourage you that the best is yet to be for your future!
I have been married for 36 years to Kathleen and have an adult son and daughter, a daughter-in-law, and three small grandsons. I love to mountain bike and road bike and drink a great cup of coffee in conversation with friends. I received a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot School of Theology.
I have the life experience to know that we are all members of a large association called the "Company of the Broken." When we realize that, we're ready for God to do great things through our life.
