Walter Joris

Dutch speaking Belgian. Born in 1951. Living by the sea in Flanders. Author of a few humorous books in Dutch. One comic. Also books in English about pen and paper games, translated in several languages. Used to perform humorous solo theater as a living. Made several appearances on Belgian (Flemish) and Dutch television. Had two own TV-series in the Netherlands. Exhibitions with mostly drawings and objects. Cartoons in magazines. Several projects, papers, articles. Inventor of strategic pen and paper games, math puzzles, intelligent pastimes. Directly written in English: "Walter Joris Campfire Tales", a collection of 90 micro fiction stories. "The Calamities of Walter Joris", a novel. "Walter Joris Creative With Crocodiles", micro fiction stories. All fiction is rather dark but humorous. I call it Fun Fantasy.
