Mike Gellman, M.S. is a seasoned organizational consultant, coach, and trusted confidante. For over 15 years Mike has devoted his career to helping employees and leaders achieve their potential in corporate and nonprofit environments. Mike most recently established a career coaching and development center for the Southern California Gas Company which has over 8,000 employees.
