My name is Jane Parslow, and I'm so pleased to be able to share my ideas as a self-published author. My writing is focused on alleviating mental stress and anguish with the aim of attaining mental health and a sense of wellbeing. If I can positively affect even one person through my work, well I have done my job (although it is my hope to help many people!).

When I'm not writing, I enjoy practicing meditation and yoga. It is my utmost belief that maintaining a healthy body and mind, through persistent training techniques, is a definite route to happiness. I also enjoy travelling, Thailand being an absolute favourite of mine, and scuba diving, whenever possible.
