Laura Garrett

Laura Garrett is a native of Colorado. She graduated with a MA degree in counseling psychology and education. She has been in the counseling field for the past 30 years with expertise in relationships, addictions, and mental health issues to include ADHD,bipolar and anxiety disorders. Laura is strongly believes that everyone deserves to have a healthy, loving, fulfilling, relationship, but first one must develop a relationship with themselves before having a successful relationship with others and that is what this book is all about.
