Sandra Grady is a writer and folklorist living in the greater DC area who teaches at National Intelligence University and Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. Her research experience includes African immigrant communities in Ohio, Somali Bantu youth in the US, and rites of passage in the US and East Africa.
