I live in Jackson, TN where I write crime suspense thrillers. I currently have two titles available. I also have short stories published on www.short-story.me. Crime fiction is my world and I love to entertain readers every day. My new book, Who You Work For, is the first in a series about assassin Thomas Moore- a man born in the wrong century. With his father, whom he always called "Partner", having left him for over a year, Moore met a young woman who he calls "Dearest". In their letters, Moore has discussed with her his plans to live on a private piece of land that he calls "Detour" and wants her to join him there. He seems all ready to do so when a man named Joe Colon shows up. Colon reveals to him that he is the boss he has killed murderers for all of these years and that he has one final job- to kill the mayor of the small town named Palatine located just west of Moore's house. He offers Moore twice his normal pay-out and thinking of his future with Dearest, Moore decides to take the job. However, from there, many twists and turns go down as Moore must deal with doing something bad to get by in a bad world or perhaps doing what he feels is right, despite what's at stake for himself and the only person he wants to be with, Dearest.
