Pranav Kumar

Pranav Kumar is a biologist, author, and educational entrepreneur known for transforming life sciences education in India. He studied at Patna Science College and later pursued higher studies at JNU, Delhi. As a former faculty member at Jamia Millia Islamia, he recognized the need for student-friendly resources, leading to his landmark book Life Sciences: Fundamentals and Practice. He co-authored several other textbooks and founded Pathfinder Academy in 2005 and Pathfinder Publication in 2007. In 2018, he established the Pathfinder Research and Training Foundation (PRTF) to bridge the gap between academics and research, launching initiatives in research and training in bioinformatics, as well as an MBA Agribusiness. His work continues to empower students across India and beyond.
