Darshan Singh Khalsa has been a Kundalini Yoga teacher and practitioner for fifty years and delivered business innovation consulting and stress management services to meet the requirements of many organizations. He provided management leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment for more than twenty years as one of the first employees of MicroAge, a Fortune 500 computer company.
For two decades he provided business innovation services such as strategic planning, team building and problem solving, project management, business process reengineering, and Internet electronic commerce development for some of the world's largest corporations, including Carlson Companies, Citibank, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Kodak, Phillips Petroleum, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Southwestern Bell.
Darshan is a certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher under the direction of Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Darshan is a master storyboarder mentored by Jim Norman of the Creative Planning Center of Phoenix, Arizona. He received the Storyboarder of the Year Award in 2001.
Darshan has written several books on Kundalini Yoga, and developed corporate courseware comprising two years of sequenced Kundalini Yoga classes to optimize participants’ health, nerve stamina, emotional well-being, and expanded consciousness.
During 2014-2018 he served on the Kundalini Research Institute board of directors. Among other career highlights, in the mid-1970s he wrote screenplays for an independent Hollywood producer, and in the mid-1960s worked on the NASA Apollo Project as a computer programmer to help put man on the moon.
