R. James Breiding

R. James Breiding is a Swiss political author with new title Too Small To Fail: Why Some Small Nations Outperform Larger Ones. He is also a research fellow at Harvard’s School for International Development. Recently, James has founded of the international think tank S8, a policy forum composed of delegations from small nations around the world. Breiding heads the foundation behind his prior book Swiss Made, an international bestseller still gifted by Switzerland’s embassies worldwide. He has also appeared in numerous publications, including The Economist, The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Foreign Affairs.
