M. W. Wolf was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1958. He holds a JD degree from William Mitchell College of Law and practices as a workers' compensation attorney. He also holds a masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Minnesota and practices as an orthopedic therapist. (He can heal most shoulder ailments if you try him). Wolf was married in 1985 to his lovely wife, Roberta, and they have two grown children, David and Susan.
Wolf focuses on bringing ancient saints back to life--in literary format, anyway. He writes about the life of saints as if they lived in the modern era. He believes that we are living in Godless times, and that the life experiences of these individuals can reacquaint us with our Creator. Wolf doesn't sugar-coat his books. They're not feel-good, inspirational stories. Rather, they are missives written to bring out the true nature and personality of the saint. Wolf was listed in the Who's Who directory in 2007-08.
