Lani Kingston

Lani is a writer, consultant, and education professional working across the food and coffee industries. She directs the education program nationwide at Coffee Fest USA, has authored five books on coffee (translated into over 17 languages), and teaches history and anthropology through coffee at higher education institutions and conferences.

Armed with a Masters in Food Studies, a Masters in Education, a Bachelors of Media & a pastrychef qualification, she has published food books, written culinary travel articles, set-up and managed London's first bean-to-bar chocolate factory, run a cooking school powered solely by 'food waste', and travelled, researched and written about food production and preparation all around the world.
