Tony Vance

Tony is not new to writing, even though this will be his first book. He has been a featured editorial writer in his local newspaper and has been writing off and on since he was old enough to write. In high school and college many of his teachers encouraged his creative writing.

Tony has been preaching since he was 16 years old, now over 30 years ago, and has over 10 years of experience as a pastor. After a seven year absence from the ministry, Tony has returned to ministering thru God's Word this year.

He has been a member of a few gospel singing groups, served in youth ministry and helped in other aspects of minstry in many different local churches. During the summer Tony can be found at Church Camp with his church's youth group.

Tony Vance is a licensed funeral director since 1991. He has over 27 years of experience in the funeral business and dealing with death, dying and the process people go through.

Born and raised in the hills of West Virginia, he is the son of Otto and Sue Vance. Tony married the love of his life, in 1988, Te-Te. They have two wonderful children, Lydia and Caleb.
