Dixie Waters

I was born in Boston too many years ago.

My family moved from Massachusetts to Arizona in the early 90's.

Although the sun shines most days here, I really miss the changing seasons, the smell of pines, and the sight of the ocean.

"You Complete My Heart" is my first attempt at a romance novel.

Although a work of fiction, I have tried to capture those memorable days when the only thing a teenager could think of was that burning "first love."

I hope everyone who reads this novel, can remember when they too couldn't think straight.

The days were spent hoping to see that loved one, and the nights were spent more than just remembering those special moments.

Like most things, life is not always simple. Things happen! The best plans are sometimes interrupted by unforeseen and unwanted events.

Consequently, many first lovers are separated, never to be close again. How devastating!

This novel attempts to show this early/crazy love period, how parental abuse can drive a wedge, and how true love, if it is meant to be, can fulfill life's destiny.

I hope in some way YOU can relate to either Nick Carter or Jeannie Brady.
