Having worked with many children of all ages and reading levels, I'd to think I know what makes them 'tick'. I always try to write funny stories that anyone can enjoy, including parents and teachers, too.

My stories can make children laugh and hopefully think a bit as well. I don't like to rely on illustrations as I believe the main ingredient of any reading experience is the imagination (if children want pictures to go with my books, they are invited to draw something for themselves at the end).

My humorous chapter books are for Primary School children of all ages to enjoy, including newly-confident or reluctant readers, or keen readers who like interesting shorter stories. Each story or poem also features a set of 'follow-up questions'. Thank you for giving them a try and I sincerely hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them!

As for me, I still like to travel, exercise, spend time with friends, read up on science or history and to be amongst nature. Learning and experiencing new things is a great reason to live...
