John Nicholas

John Nicholas is the founder of Paint Pot Press, LLC a book publishing company. He is the co-author of "You're a Leader, Now What - Knowing What To Do Next". The working title of his forthcoming book is "The Art of Negotiating Reaps Rewards". He has held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies and then became an entrepreneur founding manufacturing, real estate investment and international consulting firms. John is a former U.S. Navy officer. Excerpts from his white paper report, "7 Rules of Leadership You Can Learn From the U.S. Military That Can be Applied to Any Organization for Personal Success" was used by the Pentagon in a leadership conference. He retired from a national home building company where he was the charter member of the corporate university development team. His training topics were: leadership, management, interpersonal skills, negotiating and delegating.
