When not traveling, you can find Greg at home in southern Maine with his wife, 2 children, 2 cats, and 1 dog. Greg and his family feel blessed to live close to ocean and mountains and are active in the outdoors.
Greg’s body of work to date includes an emphasis on career transition. To better help his clients, Greg has created unique concepts, including: the one resume, core strengths, core hiring motives, the news article cover letter, interview example stories, professional value proposition, and masks of anxiety. Greg has done additional work related to an individual’s authentic core, capacity and resiliency, locus of control, self-efficacy, and need to connect through relationship. Greg is informed mainly by humanist and social cognitivist thinking and by the work of thought leaders such as Carl Rogers, Parker Palmer, and his mother Marijane Fall.
Greg tries not to take himself too seriously but instead works hard to practice gratitude and unconditional positive regard throughout each day. He remains vigilant against his many faults, but does not let his struggles be barriers to helping others or moving forward in his own journey. Greg’s energy is marked by positivity, genuine caring, forgiveness, and continuous learning.
