In 2001, Rodney Cox founded Ministry Insights International—a ministry dedicated to developing strong teams built on empathy, understanding, and trust, where every team member feels valued and contributes at the highest level possible.

Since then, Rodney has become one of the country’s leaders in the Strengths Movement. His Leading From Your Strengths® framework has impacted over one million leaders, teams, and couples worldwide—transforming an untold number of relationships.

Rodney is an in-demand speaker and the author of the books, Leading From Your Strengths, Love and Money, and Different By Design. Rodney also hosts the StrongTeams.com Podcast.

Rodney and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married for 30 years and live in North Carolina. They have two grown daughters and four grandchildren.
