I was reared in Central Ohio, went to a public school, attended two fine undergraduate programs, and received my law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. When I retired from the practice of law, I moved to San Diego.

I have been ordained as an evangelist and licensed as preacher. It has been an adventure and a great learning experience to author Christian books, which include a series of Christian novels, studies and devotionals. And I like to teach; I enjoy the give and take of the group dive into the word of God, and all of the human history revolving around its accumulation.

While it's true that I could have authored books while living in Ohio, San Diego has a better climate. And the ocean. The Ocean. The Pacific Ocean.

I had visited Southern California several times, to visit my children and grandchildren. But, I never stepped foot in the ocean. I've been on two cruises to the Bahamas. But I had never waded on an ocean beach.

When I moved to So-Cal, the first church I attended held an ocean baptism. Not only did I attend, I actually waded into the powerful surf of the Pacific Ocean!

The novel-Suddenly Free, Rise of Evil-is the first in a series of stories of a future Earth immediately before the Coming of Jesus Christ. It depicts an Antichrist who is chilling in his savagery. The next volume of Suddenly Free is The Purpose of Joy. It continues the narrative of the people who occupy that Earth near the End of Time. The third volume of Suddenly Free is entitled Triumph. It's just as its name implies!

The fourth volume in the series is entitled Remergence. There's no way to give you details without giving away the denouement of the plot. Suffice it to say, Satan has not stopped giving vitality to the spirit of Antichrist in the world.

Volume 5, Alpha Bete, and Volume 6, Betes Beta are continuations of the drama. A hint - the title is not about the alphabet.

These novels had their genesis in a Bible study on two chapters of the Book of Revelation. My pastor asked me to teach out of chapters 12 and 13. As I studied and prayed, it dawned on me that maybe these beasts were not only symbols. What if the creatures there, and those that Daniel dreamed about, were not symbols at all. What would a planet Earth be like, where such creatures appeared?

I have allowed my imagination to run wild. Just to be perfectly clear, I am not attempting to create any new doctrine or interpretation of the Bible. I am just exercising my imagination, and giving it ample room to entertain, and provide plenty of food for spiritual thought.

There are other volumes in progress. The chronicle that is Suddenly Free has not been halted. I have written many more installments and stories. And they are being written in the present, prescient global atmosphere. I continue to write stories populated with the novel's characters, about matters and themes that are of current political and economic interest. The first book I published is "Reaping-Recession Proof Approach to Gathering Bountiful Harvests." It discusses the Biblical concepts of sowing and reaping. The second edition of that book is entitled, "Reaping - Harvest Card Edition." A third edition on the theme is my first commercial devotional entitled, "Little Book of Harvests Devotional." It is well-documented and serves as a great personal or group study guide.

I am the mother of three adult children. I like them. They are talented and successful human beings, who have produced a pleasing, varied and blended assortment of grandchildren for me to enjoy.
