Fiona Jamieson

Fiona Jamieson was born to British parents in Simonstown, South Africa in 1949. She grew up in the Western Cape and graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1970. Her poetry was published in an early edition of the South African Poetry Institute's yearly publication. Her short story "The Blanket" was included in the "Kinglake Book of Modern Short Stories 2010". She returned to live in the UK in 1999 and has continued to write and publish a number of books over the years.
